We do not permit children under 11 in the restaurant. With Covid regulations in play and from previous experience we cannot take responsibility of children running around the restaurant nor do we have space for prams and buggies and maintain our social distant methods in accordance with our covid risk assessment.

No we are not. This is due to having a fully functioning bakery section within the kitchen and under the advice of EHO, we cannot state legally that we are a gluten free restaurant.

Delivery times start at 30minutes to 1 hour. During peak periods this can increase. For collections times start from 15 minutes to 25 minutes in peak times. Please state an exact time you would like to collect with the above times in mind.

You would not be able to order from us. As nuts are used in a variety of dishes and present in sauces. We therefore cannot guarantee our dishes to be nut free.

Changes can be requested, but the kitchen has the final say and this can be yes or no.

 

Most of our dine in menu is except our seafood dishes as they do not travel well and on arrival to your door would not meet a standard we would be happy with.

 
 

For third party orders please call the delivery company immediately. If you ordered directly with the restaurant please call 01803 380060. All discrepancies must be called in on the day of the order and will be dealt with as a matter of urgency, we are unable to rectify orders after this time.

 
 

Refunds will only be made for missing items for takeaway when raised on the same day as the order was placed during business hours. Any other discrepancies will be issued with a store credit, less than or equal to the amount of the order based at the managements discretion. Genuine issues will be treated as high importance and put right quickly and professionaly.
